Very nice service. The offer on the menu is varied and the food is very tasty in taste and appetizingly presented. The corona regulations are implemented perfectly, as a customer you feel safe and very comfortable. Even my dog ​​(large) was greeted very lovingly and was immediately given a bowl of water. The ambience of the facility invites you to linger.

First visit, probably the last one The atmosphere is bourgeois and nice. The food of my companions was mostly good. However, my daughter's schnitzel was lightly burned. It looked the worst on my plate, although this only became apparent when I looked a second time. I had a lumberjack schnitzel, i.e. topped with a fried egg. The schnitzel looked pretty dark, although I thought it was because of the breading. I am a fairly straightforward eater and usually not very sensitive. So I ate everything around the egg. When I came to the schnitzel under the egg, I found that everything was extremely burned. It was not only dark but black and hard. In my opinion, such a piece of meat must not leave the kitchen in the direction of the dining room. On my advice to the waitress, the only comment was "Today the boss herself is in the kitchen". There was no excuse and no courtesy. If I had seen this before, the food would have decreased. A criterion for me to avoid the restaurant in the future.

I went to the cowshed for the second time yesterday. Again we were served very nicely and courteously. The food was very good - especially the green sauce was delicious! Price-performance would also get six stars from me - but I can only award five! :-)

In addition, there are baked potato or Maultaschen with salad (about 8 €) with herbal quark as a single dish, large salads and steaks. Otherwise, the card selection is kept relatively small. Saturday is Schnitzel day. Then there are all schnitzel for 10 euros. The cowshed has a nice cozy beer garden and inside it is rustic but lovingly furnished.

Convinced of this, we went there in a group of 8 people with a reservation. Of the eight, four were children. the friendly reception gave no indication of the problems the landlady was facing. In short: a short-term absence of employees including a cash register crash also caused the service to crash. We were apologized in all forms and we can understand problems. A word at the beginning that there could be longer waiting times due to the problems mentioned above would have been good. Especially since we called shortly beforehand. So I can only give 3 stars for this evening but I am convinced that more is possible here. Many other reviews confirm this. The schnitzels we ate were good as expected.

Everything is outstanding! From delicious food, friendly staff to amenities. Best homemade grune sosse we had in Frankfurt.

Mega cozy, inviting atmosphere. There are five of us (3 adults and 2 children) passing through spontaneously, simply because of hunger, stopped here. Super friendly service, the waiting time corresponds to the expectation of an above average delicious, high quality, fresh food. Price range: more than moderate! All in all very recommendable! TOP Hopefully I will not forget this great retreat - because I would very much like to remedy one of my next appetite attacks here.
